In the course of globalisation, more and more German companies are trying to claim their place in the fast-growing Chinese market. Due to the differences in cultural backgrounds and the lack of perception, many small or medium-sized German companies have little knowledge about the Chinese market. Under the application of digital services, the purpose of this project is to support German kitchen appliance manufacturers to enter and expand into the Chinese market.

In order to increase the competitiveness of German companies for digital services in China, a platform is the concept of this project. Three aspects, such as synchronisation of information, problem analysis, and the supply of solutions, are highlighted in this concept. The platform can be used as an adapteor for German companies to help them understand the rapidly changing Chinese market and react accordingly.
