RWPT Pyrometer is a multi-functional device for the private consumer at home. It can measure temperatures and also distances contactless via infrared and laser technology.

Trough the integrated temperature antenna it is able to also measure the internal temperature of objects like food. The internal cable spool allows for a quick storage of the antenna, which is then held in place via a magnet. The front piece can be removed for cleaning. Alternatively another antenna can be attached to the RWPT Pyrometer. The battery can be recharged with a USB C cable. It is possible to program an alarm signal in the menu if a certain temperature or distance is reached and also to switch between distance and temperature measuring mode. The case is waterproof and has a rubberized grip.

This project was developed as a student project and not on behalf of any company mentioned.
