The new video doorbell called Diasto R1 is a doorbell for the usage at single family homes. When you have a guest ringing the bell, the live picture is streamed directly onto the phone of the home owner. the owner doesn't even have to be home to respond. Easy communication is assured by by an oversized speaker with an integrated microphone and electricity is supplied by the standardized doorbell cables which can be easily be connected to the device.

The doorbell gives the home owners more security by being able to see who is at the door before opening it. The door can be also be opened whilst not being home, for example if a child forgot their keys. And if a parcel arrives when no one is home, you can tell the delivery man to just drop it behind a bush. Adding to that, you can also communicate with the door or open it whilst not being able to get there, for example whilst you are in the bathroom or you are cooking.

Different to other video doorbells is the shape, it tries to fade in more with the wall and to not be an bulky add on on top of it, disturbing the appearance of it.
