In today's world of multiple crises and demands, the mental resistance that resilience provides helps to maintain our personal health. Acting as a digital reflection tool, Merror is a preventive way for students to strengthen resilience by becoming aware of their physical and mental health, values, personal and social resources. Twice per semester, students can reflect on the current semester both independently and together with fellow students. Based on this, students are provided with individual exercises, events and contacts for further support. If used regularly, Merror provides a personal dashboard with an overview of the user's well-being, energy, exercise, sleep and special events over the duration of their studies. This strengthens personal resilience, arming one against future challenges with confidence.

For universities, Merror serves as an evaluation tool integrated into the university‘ s own website. With the consent of the students, the data can contribute to improving offers and education for sustainable health management.
