City or beach, warm or cold? What would I like to see? How long should my stay be? Where do I actually want to go?
These are all questions that most people ask themselves when planning an individual trip. As a result, travel planning is often perceived as too long and usually takes several hours.
So Letarez GmbH has committed itself to making individual travel planning possible in just a few minutes by bundling travel-relevant information in one place and providing it based on individual needs.
However, since there are several providers on the travel market, it is even more important that the own product can stand out from the competitors with an appealing user experience (UX).
This master thesis focuses on the development of a UX strategy and corresponding UX measures. The work was created in cooperation with the company Letarez GmbH and is subject to confidentiality.
