Textile Valley aims to bring creation, production, and people in the textile industry closer together while enabling sustainable and transparent value creation. It is based on the concept of New Urban Production, which promotes common-oriented production of goods in densely populated areas. By utilizing local resources, sustainable technologies, and digital networks, regional value creation is strengthened.

At the core of Textile Valley is a supply chain collaboration platform that provides access to a sustainable and transparent supply chain. Every production step – from raw material sourcing and processing to the finished product – can be digitally tracked in real time. This allows both small and large producers to actively participate in value creation and strengthens the existing infrastructure.

In the long term, Textile Valley aims to become not only digitally accessible but also physically visible. A flagship project will serve as a real production site where innovation and sustainability in the textile industry are driven forward. In addition to production spaces, this location will support training opportunities and research to actively shape the future of sustainable textile production.
