Sleep apnea is a serious sleep disorder that puts the body under stress due to breathing interruptions and can have long-term health consequences. CPAP devices (Contiuous Positive Airway Pressure) are a proven form of therapy in which air with positive pressure is applied to the airways. However, their size, cumbersome handling and the need for an external device next to the bed make everyday life difficult for those affected - especially when traveling. In addition, many users find the tube that connects them to the device annoying and restrictive.

VIND integrates all technical components directly into the mask. This eliminates the need for the external device and the tube, which restricts freedom of movement during sleep. The compact and portable design enables flexible use - at home and on the move, and the mask can even be operated off-grid with a power bank. The focus is therefore on improved comfort, easy handling and, above all, better transportability for use on the go, which increases the acceptance of the therapy.
