This master's thesis examines how creativity and knowledge can be promoted within an international organization through targeted innovation management measures in order to support stakeholder interaction processes.

The study shows that the organization's global activities generate extensive performance potential. Taking into account the existing internal processes, this work developed a new conceptual approach aimed at supporting this innovation potential. With specific measures relating to creativity and knowledge, this approach contributes to the development and implementation of interactions with stakeholders.
