Our society is becoming increasingly lonely. This particularly affects older people, who often face physical and mental limitations. In cooperation with the ZEIT project, the product "midono" was developed to enable new, intergenerational activities that keep people physically and mentally fit.
With "midono", senior and their grandchildren are able to work together on a common virtual garden. With the "midono" board and the accompanying figures, it is possible to design the garden and plant it with seasonal varieties of fruit, vegetables and flowers. With the help of the controller, it must be watered regularly.
The system thus not only helps people to spend more time with their families, but also ensures that users from both generations once again take responsibility for a joint project.
